Missing your Yoga? Sign up for a class we will send you a link to ZOOM a free online user platform. This is an amazing way for us all to be together in our own homes while still keeping our community connected. You have the option to turn your camera on or off while you practice and you will be able to see your fellow yogis that are practicing with you!
When you have pre-registered you will receive a link that will be used for your week or full session of classes. You are welcome to jump into any or all classes that week. In addition the link for the ZOOM meeting will be in your mailbox at least 15 minutes prior to class, so please be patient with lag time between signing up for a class and receiving the ZOOM link.
In addition we offer a class recording for any missed class. Recordings are good for 48hrs and need to be requested on the day of missed the class.
