Wendy Armstrong has been teaching and training since 1995.
Wendy is known for her fun, energetic classes. She enjoys teaching a variety of styles from boot-camp,muscle conditioning, spinning, stability ball and TRX.
In 2006 she added Pilates to her list of trainings.
Wendy loves motivating people to become more active, to realize their full potential so they can achieve greater health.
In her spare time she enjoys running, cycling, and golf.
In addition she has completed 7 half-marathons.
