A GentleVinyasa flow class which will emphasize the integration of movement and breathe. This class will focus on deep stretching and mild strengthening, combined with an introduction to some basic postural principles to gradually develop the students practice. A softer approach to deepen the students connection to a peaceful, balanced centre.
All levels welcome.
