Jennifer started practicing yoga in 1994 at the Sivananda Centre in Toronto as a way to relieve stress. She then moved to the town of Fergus where she continued to attend classes with local teachers introducing her to the various styles and practices of yoga. She has also participated in retreats in Canada, Mexico, Costa Rica, England and India.
Grace is a certified Vinyasa Flow yoga teacher. She studied yoga with Michele Cormack at 5 Elements Yoga and Pilate's and continues to expand her practice through study with a variety of teachers from various schools of yoga practice.

Wendy is known for her fun, energetic classes. She enjoys teaching a variety of styles from boot-camp, step, muscle conditioning, spinning, stability ball and TRX. Wendy loves motivating people to become more active, to realize their full potential so they can achieve greater health.
Awareness Yoga is happy to be offering massage treatments with Karen Murtaugh.
Karen specializes in Aromatherapy and Ayurveda massage and Reflexology.
