About Susan and Tania

Susan has been working in the Complementary Health Care field since 1995. She became a certified Hatha yoga instructor completing her training with Living Yoga & Health in Guelph.

Tania completed her yoga teacher training in 1998 at the Ashtanga Yoga Institute. Tania has also gone on to complete a 200 hour in depth training at Ashhaya Yoga with Todd Norian.

The spacious 1100 square foot studio, with interior stone walls and river just outside the door, offers students a beautiful space to experience the benefits of yoga, meditation and relaxation.


Awareness Yoga Studio offers classes for all ages, from beginner to intermediate level. The aim of the studio is to create a strong yoga community by teaching the yogic practices, philosophy and life skills passed down to us from our teachers.
