Jennifer started practicing yoga in 1994 at the Sivananda Centre in Toronto as a way to relieve stress. She then moved to the town of Fergus where she continued to attend classes with local teachers introducing her to the various styles and practices of yoga.
Denise has had a lifelong love of all types of physical activities. In the past year, she has learned the importance of balancing cross training as a means of avoiding injury and improving the quality of her running experience. In particular, Denise has found yoga to be the perfect balance, offsetting the stresses of running and enhancing the mind-body connection.
Susan has been working in the Complementary Health Care field since 1995 using yoga on and off as a personal growth tool and stress reliever. Following a deep calling in her heart and remembering the wisdom of a visiting guru who declared that yoga is best practiced "on and on" she decided to become a certified Hatha yoga instructor completing her training with Living Yoga & Health in Guelph.
Wendy is known for her fun, energetic classes. She enjoys teaching a variety of styles from boot-camp, step, muscle conditioning, spinning, stability ball and TRX. Wendy loves motivating people to become more active, to realize their full potential so they can achieve greater health.
Christine is a certified Vinyasa Flow yoga teacher. She studied yoga with Michele Cormack at 5 Elements Yoga and Pilate's and is currently deepening her training with Power Yoga Canada.
Miranda is a certified Hatha Yoga teacher. She completed her training at Kripalu Centre for Yoga and Health.
